How do I know when to stop breast feeding?

I currently exclusively breast feed my 4mnth old baby. He was a big baby at birth 10lb12, so larger than the average baby , and Im beginning to wonder if he needs something heavier than breast milk. He seems to be feeding every two hours and still wakes several times in the night for feeding. (although he goes down at approx 7 and then wakes around 2am but then almost every 2hrs again after that)
How do I know when to start weaning? Should I switch to formula?

Is breast feeding then switching to a bottle when they are older but using breastmilk still just as good?

In other words if our baby can drink from a sippy cup say at around a year and I pumped breast milk and fed them that in the sippy, is this just as good as breastfeeding them past a year?

Breast milk and baby formula safety?

My daughter will be going to daycare in a few days, the daycare says I must bring in botlles of prepared formula or breast milk in bottles. I have read on here that it is ok to make formula and store it in fridge, My question is that I have a bunch of breast milk frozen in fridge , and since she has been breast fed entirely and as also having problems taking the bottle ( reusing actually) I figured the breast mil is the better way to go to get her to take bottle, but is it ok and safe to thaw out the breast milk say the night before place them in bottles and then store in fridge, for use the next days?will it still have all the nutrients and what not?
Basically need to know that procedure?
