When breast feeding how do I know if my baby is getting any milk?

How long will it take to bring my baby back to breast feeding?

My baby boy is 7 months old. 2 months before he stopped breast feeding. He hesitates even to come near my breast and pushes me and cries when I offer it.
I used to stimulate my breast and expresses milk by hand. Also I am making skin to skin contacts very often . But result is not showing up positive. What should be done? How long I have to wait? I am working too. Please help…
