If you are a single parent with a small child, why would you not take off work to see about your sick child? Well, apparently, my job feels they shouldn’t have hired so many single parents with small children, because a lot of them do take off work all the time to see about their sick children. I’m not a parent.

@almostmidnightdesign I agree 100% Thank you for your comments.
I understand Alberta. You’re a human being and want to be treated like a human being. Employers treat employees anymore like a number and disposable, and that’s terribly wrong. Jesus is coming back to set things right and bring his brand of righteousness to this sick, dying world. Hang in there Ms. Alberta. Jesus will bring justice. If people aren’t saved and want to live in their sin then they’re not going to make it into God’s kingdom. It’s hard true facts. Jesus said be holy for I AM Holy.
@SisterSunnshine Pt. 2: If I had a sick pet, I’d probably take off work to see about my pet let alone a human being in my household who is sick. I used to be one of these people who was really wrapped up in my job (that I used to have). But when reality hit, I realized that they didn’t care about me…never have. He wouldn’t even hire me back, and had told me they planned to eliminate my position anyway. This is how little most employers really care about their employees. This is reality.
@SisterSunnshine I totally agree with everything you said. And the people I’m referring to in this video are black people talking about they should’ve hired a “better” quality of people. How dare they say that they shouldn’t have hired so many single parents with small children? That’s a discriminatory statement. I mean, people really amaze sometimes. Who in their right minds would not take off work to see about a sick child or a very sickly parent, especially if he or she is in the hospital?
pt 2 and maybe that “low quality” person is the “complainer” who wants that overtime pay or that sick day or even to be allowed time off to care for a sick child. It amazes me how people are sometimes, but then am I really amazed? no not really. The Bible says that the hearts of men are utterly wicked and I really believe it the longer I am on this earth.
yep, “better quality people”… exactly WHAT does that mean?? I think you nailed it. I mean what would define a “better quality” person? How does someone having a child to support make them a “lower quality” vs a “higher quality”? I agree with you that to many employers a “higher or better quality person” is one who will leave a sick kid, or a sick spouse or parent at home alone, or work sick or without overtime etc.. or take whatever the employer dishes out without any complaint right?
