When I first tried these with her she liked it but when I tried a few more times she didn’t like them. She was 6 months when I tried it. She is now 9 months and doesn’t want to try them anymore.

For infants, the moves are things you might do anyway. But the book helps you focus on being more mindful of the moves. Overall, this book is cute and fun, and I’m looking forward to following along as my child progresses.

My 3 month old daugher & I love this! I first found it at our library, and then decided we had to have a copy for ourselves. It is now part of our bedtime routine, and we start wih the “Heart Warm Touch”, which always calms her down & elicits a sweet smile & some cooing. She even reaches for my hands to help out! While some of the poses are more active & fun, others are relaxing & I adjust the routine depending on her inclinations at the time. It is organized based on your child’s physical capabilities, making it easy to choose poses. One caution, if you have a hard time following written directions, it might be a bit confusing unless you read before you try to put it into action (my partner has a little more difficulty figuring out what to do).

Great book, it touches on all stages that a baby goes through. Each chapter is dedicated to newborns, head-holders, sitting, and crawling. A great opportunity for mommy and baby to spend time together.

My daughter had her first child in October and soon discovered that he had acid reflux. This book played a roll in calming both mother and child. He eventually did have to take medication, but I do believe that she found this book to have many great recommendations that proved to be successful.
