Take your boob out of the kid’s mouth, for starters!
There’s a book called “The Thinking Woman’s Guide to Weaning”
see if that has some helpful information for you.
slowly wean her to one bottle a formula a day and add an extra bottle every few days. You can still nurse her before you go to work in the morning and at night before bed if you want too. I did that for several months and that way you don’t have to pump during the day at work. And still get that bond.

Put some breast milk in a bottle and eventually mix in baby milk or whole milk in small portions until your fully using other sources of milk.
Don’t let the office dictate your daughters health.
this lady told me to do this, and it worked!!!! Go to the drugstore, and get a sippy cup, called “nubby” with a soft sippy nipple. Now, the best way to do this is, at night when the baby wants to nurse and go to sleep, dont do it!!!! just let him cry to sleep in your arms. Comfort him, and tell him you are sorry but you cant do it!!! If the baby really wants milk, he will start sucking on the nubby sippy cup in no time!!! I mean no time. It has to be the Nubby soft nipple. the cheapest cup they have in their line. sometimes you can find them for a $1.00 or 2 for $1.00. This works like magic. Im telling you !!!!
Just take the kid off the boob!
If she will take a bottle or sippy cup, just start giving her formula every time she wants to nurse instead. For my first two that’s what they wanted anyway they prefered the bottle, they didn’t even want to nurse anymore even though I did.
Your child’s health and nutrition should come before any “office commitments”. Take a few days to rethink your priorities. There will always be office commitments but your baby will only be a baby once.
